There aren’t many people out there who blog about their wedding. What is more, you don’t get many – if at all – any photographers who document their experience photographing a wedding and write about the bride and groom’s experiences throughout the whole process. I came across Kirsty’s wedding when Him and Her Wedding Photography wrote about it and tagged us on Twitter. It made me appreciate the value of blogging your experience and emotions during one of the most beautiful times of your life. What makes it better is that the people who capture your special moments understood the sentimental values the photographs would have and shared the enjoyment.
“Him & Her offer a creative blend of emotion and environment from male and female perspective to record moments you’ll want to revisit again and again. Lisa & Neil pride themselves on a great client relationship and strive to combine documentary with a fine art edge.” – British Vogue
Him and Her Photography is run by a married couple, Neil and Lisa who found each other through their mutual passion for photography. They have been featured and recommended by British Vogue, and are based in Suffolk. Being a married couple, they work together and know exactly what their clients expect and want from them. They have captured some gorgeous photographs, taking an artistic view on photography, with a consistent hue throughout the images. The mood, lighting and creativity of the shots are majestic and if you choose these guys to do your photography, you shouldn’t have any doubt that they will capture your favourite moments perfectly! Their website is personal and sentimental to them, so make sure you check it out at the bottom of this page.
Below is an example of how Niel and Lisa documented a client’s wedding. The bride, Kirsty, purchased her dress from us and this is what she had to say about her experience in choosing her dress. Have a look at some of her beautiful wedding photos by the amazing Him and Her Wedding Photography and you can read the full blog via the link below.

Kirsty went to Just a Day in Ipswich.
‘Sharon at Just a Day was fantastic and she absolutely knew what style would suit each bride. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming and you felt a valued customer. After the bridal party putting me in some horrendous dress choices, Sharon brought in her choices and after finding a style that suited me, THE dress came and it brought me to tears. At that point, I knew it was the dress for me. The dress was the absolute opposite of what I’d (and all family and friends) thought I would actually wear.’
